First steps to helping you include the following:
1. You email or call my office.... emailing is just as fast as you will likely need to leave a message to speak with me as all clients get my personal attention.
2. I will need to verify where in the process your situation is. If you are still before the forclosure attorney gets involved, it is likely you will have a better chance of either getting it sold before forclosure. It may seem like this no longer matters to you, but trust me in all cases I have helped with, it does.
3. You decide if you wish to hire our company, if you do, we do some paperwork, quite often by email or fax to expedite the process.
4. We get the house shown to potential buyers including people that typically buy property at this stage. In the current market and with our extensive database of potential buyers, we will often show the house by picture or video. However I strongly recommend at least one open house for everyones convenience especially yours. It is typically done within the first month and is often sold within two weeks after this time. The reason for the first month is the marketing plan must be put into place for the open house first in order to produce the best results.
