Over the years, I have realized that there are many questions that sellers have about selling their property. Many of which of course they do not want to ask a Real Estate person for fear they may commit themselves to a high commission. Or worse, they may have someone calling them day and night bothering them about "listing" their property for sale.
I can honestly tell you that none of our clients has ever described their experience with my company this way. But to help you ease your mind.
